This introduction to veterinary ultrasound is a hybrid course comprised of online lectures and a two-day, in-person scan lab. The online portion will take you through 12 modules ((4 x 3 hr modules) We encourage you to get started as soon as you can) where you will learn physics, knobology, scan planes, and protocols, as well as how to recognize and optimize normal imaging of the five main abdominal organs. The scan lab will focus on bringing the lecture to life with hands-on practice in small groups guided by our skilled Vet Academy instructors.
